Bar Miette, a European-inspired bar, is located on street level above Supernormal. A breezy indoor-outdoor space featuring a charming terrace for relaxed dining - from morning coffee and breakfast to elegant, composed salads, seafood, and charcuterie at lunchtime. The evening offering is rounded out by classic cocktails, and an extensive wine list. The menu, like the aspect, is suitable for any occasion. In 1844, one of Melbourne’s first public houses, the Apollo Inn, opened on the corner of Flinders Lane and Russell Street - the site on which Gimlet at Cavendish House resides today. A few doors down on the corner of Hosier Lane, the new Apollo Inn now stands. The Wine Room - upstairs from Cumulus Inc. and separated from the dining room, our dedicated private dining room offers a retreat for those who love to celebrate with friends, family and colleagues. A faceted wooden feature wall, floor to ceiling glass doors that are framed by sheer linen curtains, custom Italian lighting and a private entrance.
