A new addition to the Maiwar riverside, Supernormal is a contemporary city island bar & dining room - the ideal meeting and watching place, accentuated by views of the river beyond. Moving from the bar, the dining room evokes old school decadence, with a neutral textured palette, and welcoming open spaces punctuated by glimpses of the open kitchen; a prominent part of the restaurant’s theatre.

Our first Brisbane venue, Bar Miette is a European-inspired terrace bar and café located at 443 Queen Street, above Supernormal.

With an elevated vantage point and views of the Brisbane River, our sun-kissed terrace is open seven days a week. At Bar Miette, join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner or stay for something in-between. The menu, like the aspect, is suitable for any occasion - stop in for a glass, stay for the bottle.

Our new cocktail bar, located in the 1920s neo-renaissance-style building on the corner of Flinders and Hosier Lanes, Melbourne. Taking its cues from the timeless cocktail bars of Europe, Apollo Inn is our ode to the ageless art of the cocktail. Its name references one of Melbourne’s first public houses that once stood on the site of its neighbour, Gimlet at Cavendish House.

The cocktail list features old-world classics with new-world sensibility, four signature martinis as well as a considered bar menu to accompany the drinks.

Located in a former metalworks factory on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy, Cutler is the fine-dining flagship of Trader House.

Morning Market is a vibrant corner-store bakery and grocer, with locations in Fitzroy and Prahran, offering a seasonal selection of just-made salads and sandwiches, coffee, bread and baked goods, as well as take-home meals, fruit and vegetables, specialty pantry items and fresh-cut flowers.

Marion is a treasured Fitzroy wine bar, the laidback neighbour to Cutler. Inspired by Andrew’s adventures in convivial bars and bistros across the world, Marion is a place to pause for a moment or to settle in for an indulgent session of eating and drinking.
