Sous Chef
We are seeking a Sous Chef to help manage, oversee and orchestrate an engaged and professional kitchen team. Our kitchen produces everything from cheeseburgers and fish pie to whole flounder, mussels with fermented chilli and elegant event menus. Proper cooking, excellent produce and training across all sections are at the heart of what we do.
Chef de Partie
We deliver exceptional modern bistro food, as well as some pub classics executed to the highest standards. Proper cooking is what we do, and we pride ourselves in training all of our chefs in all sections of the kitchen. We are seeking chefs who love local produce, a dynamic work environment, and those with a discerning benchmark for quality and creativity.
