Cutler is searching for a Head Sommelier who will help to lead and develop the beverage culture. This is a dynamic, hands-on food and wine role. You will enjoy the buzz of a busy service and have a genuine passion for hospitality. Every day will be different: you might be recommending that perfect wine to the guest; leading a staff training; or learning what it takes create a world class wine list.
