Bar Paradox: Supernormal’s secret underground bar

For 13 nights only in April, Supernormal was hiding a gem beneath the vibrant restaurant.

Bar Paradox was a basement cocktail bar and drinking room on Flinders Lane, welcoming guests for an evening of cocktails, snacks and good times. 

Central to the Bar Paradox experience was a polished drinks service from Orlando Marzo, globally renowned master of cocktails and former winner of World Class Bartender of the Year. Orlando’s signature cocktail collection, Loro, was central to the experience and featured the Bar Paradox Bramble, a cocktail designed especially for downstairs basement bar. 

Both Loro and Supernormal honour flavour experiences that dance around the paradox of bringing the extra and ordinary into the everyday, while being innovative and paying homage to every influence and ingredient along the way.
