Gimlet Receives Victoria’s Best Wine List Award by Australia’s Wine List of The Year Awards

We are elated and honoured that Gimlet at Cavendish House received Victoria’s Best Wine List of 2023 from Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards.

The awards are judged by a panel of 32 sommeliers and wine writers. Thank you to those who voted for Gimlet, and to everyone that has supported the team by drinking in our restaurant.

It excites us to work and drink within an industry rich with local and global talent, all of whom are featured on Gimlet’s wine list.

We would like to acknowledge the passion and skill of the Gimlet wine team. Hearty congratulations to sommeliers Pierrick Gorrichon, Elisa Perissotto, Michael Dickinson, Joey Scanlon, Russ Willcox, Hannah Rigley and Kallin Efremidis, led by the boundless Anthony Pieri.
