Tom Sarafian serves some of Melbourne's favourite Arabic food. In August, he returned to the Cumulus Inc. kitchen after a hugely successful autumn residency, bringing aromatic dinners and soulful Sunday lunches that are generous, layered and made to be shared.
Drinks were as vibrant as the food with an array of Armenian and Georgian wines, an arak service, and unique cocktails.
Sunday lunches were leisurely and to be shared with family and friends. The menu was centred around the pristine cool water seafood harvest - the most gratifying fishing season of the year - delicately barbecued over coals.
